Looking for certain Nick ragdoll/skin

I was browsing around how to fix my GMod game (which was fixed with an update) and I came across this site for dumping files.

I noticed the custom Nick in the screenshot, and was curious of anyone could make this; or if it was already out there, could someone tell me where to download it.

I’ve also been looking for that model. I’d imagine it’s a headhack onto a more widely available model. Probably not that hard to replicate, if you know what you’re doing.
