Main Menu single player panel really Jacked Up

When ever i start up gmod this is what i see

Its the Single player menu but as you can see i can’t pick anything. I really want this to be over its been this way a couple of days and i’m sick of having to use console commands.

Make sure you have a map selected, and the correct settings.

I can’t even select a map. The big gray box is the map selection menu. In the top right there’s part of the menu i think is the problem but i don’t know how to fix it.

Install and reinstall?

Make sure the window is at least 1024x768.

Rename your garrysmod folder to garrysmodold or something like that then start up Garry’s Mod and see if that fixes your problem. (steam/steamapps/[steamname]/garrysmod)
