Make every asset load before map starts

Like other source games how do we make it to that every model and texture etc is loaded before the map begins to avoid freezes while loading them later?

You can use this function: util.PrecacheModel - Garry's Mod Wiki to cache the models you are going to use regularly. Be careful not to put in the cache an excessive number of models or very high resolution models, since this cache is automatically sent to the players, it can crash some of them if the models are too heavy for them. It’s not common but it can happen for those who have old computers.
