Map erroring compiling

Hello, I have been trying to map for Garrysmod over the past few days but I can’t seem to get the map to compile it just errors and there is no .bsp file. Most times I try to compile it just freezes for a few minutes then comes back, here is the log:

Not sure if this error is critical, but you’ve probably set up the Hammer improperly. Try to compile your map using the Ep2 settings, not the Gmod ones.

Shlush. It’s not big problem cause lights.rad is mostly for textures casting light.

If I remember correctly, the map name cannot contain spaces.

Try renaming it to Portal_TTT and try again.

Well i tried to run it under HL: Ep 2 it worked but the whole screen is black ( http://screencast.com/t/MGU2YmUz ). In console it says this:

You have a leak in your map, Choose map>load point file and follow where the red line goes. (to the outside of the level) and patch the whole.

Entities, brush entities, displacements, and water do not block leaks.
