Map Exporting Error

I am using the Source Multitool to create TTT maps for my server, I have the Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer build set up with garrysmod.fgd, ttt.fgd, hl2.fgd, and textures from those games and CSS. Whenever I try to export a map however, I get this error, please help!

The command failed. Windows reported the error:
"The system cannot find the file specified."

The displacement error was described some lines above, as “Found a displacement edge abutting multiple other edges.”

Delete this displacement at “176.00 -244.00 352.00” and remake it.

Alright, any idea why it cannot open the file? I have re-exported multiple times to see what was wrong but it still won’t work.
