Map extends too large?

Well, I have another stupid mapping question. I made a map, it’s small, and the only real function is a train, and it only moves back and forth in a small area. but, when I run the map i get this in the console

A brush is invalid, and then gets bigger.
Go alt p and delete any "invalid solid structures.
Faces/polygons cannot be concave, and have to be a plane in between points
