Map won't compile - Could not find BSP?

The command failed. Windows reported the error:
  "The system cannot find the file specified."


My map seems to not be compiling, and I have no idea what is causing this to happen. I think it;s looking for the bsp, but that’s what I’m trying to make…

I would say this part looks suspicious:

Go to its coordinates, delete it, and try again.

EDIT: I fixed it, it kept giving me the same error with different coordinates, with like 8 different overlays.

In the future, check the Interlopers automated error checker before posting. Also, here’s something you should look out for when placing overlays and decals.
