Material Groups For Custom Models

say I’ve got a model with multiple materials attached to it. Say the head texture is a different texture to the body texture.
How would I convert that to source engine?
What would I put in my .qc file to show multiple textures are attached to different parts of the mesh?
Or is that done in the texture file?
I am completely new to this thing.
My model has been fully compiled and everything, just missing textures.

I am an idiot. It automatically does the texture business, i just gotta point to the folder.
