Hey, - I’m not too familiar with modeling and the likes, forgive me.
I got this program called Mesa, it allows you to import .smd’s and what not into maya, but I’d like the texture maps to be on the models too.
Firstly, what folder do I even need to bring the textures into? How do I… have them come onto the model
To my knowledge I shouldn’t need to manually UV wrap it,
This site’s “importing smd” tutorial is outdated, but I know they were able to achieve the texture thing:
I’m not sure if mine does that “mouth searching” or not.
I’m using a reference that includes only the head for the model.
