Mdldecompiler error help "compiler seems to forget basic commands"

I seem to be having trouble compiling my model
for some odd reason i am geting an error saying unknown comman “$poseparameter”
so then i remove it and then i get

ERROR: c:\users\jonathan\desktop\compile\len\mdldecompiler.qc(5): - unknown model option “$cdmaterials”
why is this?
how can i solve it?
this all started when i altered the weightmap of my model.
Before then it would compile just fineley using the settings below.
I’d really aprecciate some help.

You forgot to close your $model segment. So it’s still reading everything after it as if it were inside of it.
