Minecraft Textures to use in hammer?

I’m wanting to make a map for either TTT or Prop hunt. I’m wanting it to have minecraft textures, kind of like that of ttt_minecraft_b5.bsp ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=159321088 )

How do I do that?

before finding any textures, make sure you don’t use that old grass/tree colored textures

to find minecraft textures, you should try visiting these websites

and other websites too

I made a Minecraft texture pack some time ago, using 1.7.2 update’s content.
Keep in mind that some textures aren’t converted, so they’re .vtf without a .vmt. However, all of them are using an RGB888 / RGBA8888 VTF format + Point sampling. I also included some skybox textures I created around 2 years ago.

Okay, Got it, now… I probably should start a new thread for this, but I won’t. How do I configure gmod to work with hammer so I can use the textures?

I’m loading the content directly from GMod’s Addons folder, so I don’t have to worry about copying the files between GMod and Hammer.
Simply make a folder in your Addons and call it something like “Shadowlist’s_Content” or “TFlippy’s_Minecraft_Textures”.
Once you’re done with that, go to your Source SDK 2013 SP’s ep2 folder, backup your gameinfo.txt and paste this Pastebin gameinfo.txt’s contents in it: http://pastebin.com/bA4TvAAV

If you want to add more custom folders, just change the path.

game+mod |all_source_engine_paths|../GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons/-example-/

That doesn’t exactly help… I’ve done that, but it’s not showing the textures. Only the default…

If you want to add more custom folders, just change the path.

Nevermind, That actually did nothing…
