Model flips out when spawned

I’ve been working on some ragdolls lately and they always look alright in the model viewer but when I spawn them in Garrysmod they just spaz out and flies all over the map. I have just no clue how to resolve this and I’ve tried recreating my collisionmodel aswell as my reference and skeleton but it doesn’t help.

This tends to happen when theres overlapping collision models inside the model (like armour and body for example). Have you checked for this?

I’ve tried to remove everything but the naked character such as armor and clothes but it doesn’t seem to help.
