Model has no UV's & Normals are red

Hey, so let me start off by saying that I am very new to modelling and I am still learning. I have asked a few other people before making this thread however we cannot find a solution.

The models are I am working with have been extracted from Payday 2 and then imported to Blender using a script.

When trying to view the UV’s, the lines are black and I cannot seem to do anything with them:

The normal texture is all red and looks like this:

I don’t know blender, I can’t help you much.
I tried downloading the files, but you provided the ones only blender can read.

Maybe that’s because you are not getting much help.

Open the normal map in GIMP, extract red channel and save it as a RGB heightmap. I can’t see the UV map in that image, so I have no idea what to do about that. Payday 2 has weird diffuses though. Anyhow, try renaming the .texture files to .dds and it might help. MIGHT.
