Model Pink/Black after compiling

Hello everyone, I need help.

For learning reasons, I have decompiled a sniper rifle I found on Gamebanana, changed some things in Milkshape and recompiled again. However the problem is, it has Pink/black textures all over it. Still, the textures look fine in Milkshape, and the textures are properly placed in my materials folder, because it worked fine before decompiling it.
