Model won't compile right.

I’ve been making this weapon v model for a while. And I have gotten around to the compiling part. So I compiled it, and the model was facing backwards. So I tryed again, and put rotate 180 infront of the sequences and compiled it. Now the weapon model was facing sideways. Does anyone know a easy way to get the model to face forward?
