It’s in russian. In english it’d be Federal Security Service. It’s kinda like russia’s FBI.

It’s reorganised KGB (Комитет Государственной Безопасности).
KGB spitted into SVR and the FSB. The SVR concentrate on foreign threats while the FSB investigate and handle domestic threats.
These guys are actually from the MVD, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, which run the militia (police) and internal troops (note the yellow МВД РФ tab on their vest). Makarov identified them incorrectly (probably because they arrived in FSB vans)…
