Modifying Effects upon their creation

Good Morning,

As the title says, I’m wondering if it’s possible to modify the size of an effect, such as the casings from a player firing an SMG, and if so what commands would I use?

I’m not familiar with effects, can I just SetModelScale to them or do I need to use other render functions?

Pretty sure util.Effect returns an entity. Or maybe an effect userdata which you can use that has a .Entity member.

Shell ejection effects from HL2 weapons such as the SMG or the shotgun are hard coded into the game and you can’t change how they look. You would need to completely recreate the effects in Lua to have full control over them.
