Mouse stuck - Mac

Hey guys, epi here. I need help because for garry’s mod when I go in-game I can’t look around. All the buttons on my mouse work its just that the view is frozen, i’ve tried changing sensitivity, different mice, resetting the default config, re-downloading/installing the game etc…anyway if anyone has a fix to this that’ll be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I found out how to look up down, by Setting ‘cl_rawinput 0’. But now I realize when i move my mouse left I move left in-game. and same with with right. Does anyone know how that would be fixed?
