Murdered: Soul Suspect model ports for Garry's Mod.

UPDATED: Added Bellkiller.
Phew, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here, and today I want to present my latest models to you. They are all ports from the Airtight Games’s (R.I.P) game Murdered: Soul Suspect, so, naturally, all the credit for original models goes to them and Square Enix. Now to the models themselves. Its que Monty Python’s tune:

Ronan O’Connor, main protagonist. Criminal turned cop turned dead. Has some small bodygroups for his hat, badge etc. No ghost version, sadly.

Joy Foster, teenage psychic sidekick. Has some small bodygroups for her ponytails, smiley badge and keys (why would you wear keys on your neck anyway?). Hair and keys are posable via JointTool.

Bellkiller (the bell tolls for his victims indeed ). No bodygroups and skins for this one, sadly, though he has all other things: finger, eye and face posing.

You can find more about these models on their Workshop pages.
I’ve added links to source files for every model. Feel free to use them for any nonprofit purposes, but don’t forget to credit the authors if you do.

I plan on releasing some more M:SS stuff in a near future, so you can also subscribe to my M:SS port’s collection: all new releases will be instantly added to it.

Looking forward for your feedback, have a good day

amazing

Really good job!

Great job on these! I love Murdered Soul Suspect, sadly it seems not many others did.

Can you add link for SFM users, please?

As stupid as this may sound, would there be any chance of getting the resource files for these to avoid having to download and decompile everything? I kind of want to use the hat and clothing that Ronan has for a project I’m working on, but I can’t download and decompile the model because the workshop seems to be acting like a tit for the umpteenth time.

There are links to the source files on model’s Workshop pages, but I guess I’d better add them to this topic, so people won’t overlook them
Search for them in descriptions.

There are no SFM versions of these models as I’m not quite familiar with it. But if you, or anyone else, want to port these models to SFM, you can always use my source files, links are in the descriptions

When he says that he means can you post an external link to the models on a file host like Dropbox. Since they’re already in Source they just need to be able to download them and put them into SFM without going through .gma unpacking.

And this is exactly what I’ve meant. What I’ve called “source files” is indeed an uncompiled .smds and .vtas, and links to them are available on Workshop pages.

Pardon? The models that work in GMod will work perfectly in SFM as well, this has nothing to do with source files. We just need a link to said GMod models outside of the workshop.

Oh, this. Now I’m just being stupid. Alright, I’ll upload them in a following days, right now I’m out of reach of PC with these models.

Well, this, and I actually was asking for the resource files themselves prior to being compiled. I don’t know about anyone else atm, but I can’t access the workshop at all right now without running into that ‘503 Service Unavailable’ crap every time, so I wasn’t even aware that they had a link to the resource files on the workshop page.

I have finally got a hold of my PC, so the description is updated with Dropbox download links.

Update: Bellkiller added, other models are on the way.

Looking good, thanks for the share!
