My first attempt at rigging

I first tried in C4D and then went into auto-desk Maya. I proceeded to add walk function to an advanced biped. These are the results haha.

haha its a birdie. I’m not really sure where things went wrong. I thing I put the spine in backwards. I also that the bone structure had to be at the proper depths.

Edit: Yea I defiantly did not place the spine right.

Looks like the bone weight isn’t uniform across the face vertices. As for the rest, I haven’t got a clue.
