MY VIEWMODEL FOR WEAPONS IS MESSED UP EVERY TIME I ZOOM IN. Sorry about the caps.

A while back, I wanted to make my viewmodel for weapons left handed, now the issue is I don’t know if it’s messed up because I edited the coding, or if it’s some other issue. But whenever I zoom in, it moves my weapon WAY too far to the left. If someone could tell me A: where the file to edit this is located, B: If it’s not that C: If I can even fix it.

Any helpful or positive feedback would be nice :smile:

OK TO FIX IT GO INTO THE SCRIPT AND FIND SOMETHING LIKE
IronSightsPos( number, number, number )
Set it to 0,0,0 then start playing around with it. The first number is how much to the left/right, second it how zoomed in it is, third is how high up or down it is.
You can use negative numbers too.

Just a little curious here, but why doesn’t cl_righthand 0 or 1 work in Garry’s Mod? Is it just GMod, or other Vavle games as well?

You can go into the script and use SWEP.ViewModelFlip true/false to flip the side you hold the gun if that is what you mean.
