Neck rigging issues

For some reason when I compile the model the head acts like it isn’t really attached, also for some reason it pivots the opposite direction that the pelvis pivots, Does anyone know how to fix this, I’d really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this.

Probably a dumb question, but is the head/neck bone actually attached to its parent spine bone? In your 3D editor I mean.

I just checked, head bones connected to the neck bone, which is connected to spine 4, which is connected to everything else, so it should be working properly.

Well if it doesn’t do that in your 3d editor and does it in game, I would suggest going over your compile script.
