Before you start to read this, you can port the individual models from left 4 dead 1/2 or remake them I do have a legit copy but I am terrible with model paths ect.

Traffic Lights like these,

Highway signs, (Leave them blank so I can edit my locations in.)

I am guessing that every mapper could use these.
Why is there so few that want to help with stuff?

Because it can be done in hammer alone?
You’d just need to make a texture to apply to a brush.

There are some good highway signs from Left 4 Dead 2, except they all say Atlanta on them. I guess you could skin it so that says nothing on it and then put the correct text on it.
