Need help installing cars

Hi guys,
i need help to install driveable cars into GMOD where do i extract them 2? I have tried many folders but no luck i maybe doing something wrong please help???

this is an addon right?

if so, Put it into the addons folder.

It a fucked up advanced duplicator file. In other words, don’t download it.
