Need help mounting CS:GO to hosted server


So, I contacted my server hoster (NFO) about why whenever I mount CS:GO, you can only spawn about 1 or 2 props and nothing else. They said it’s because CS:GO is using a different version of Source engine than GMod does, however, spawning props works perfectly for me in single player. (Mind you, this is a Sandbox game mode). So I’m kinda confused as to why it won’t work. I hope you guys/gals can help me out, please!

My current mount.cfg and mountdepot.txt looks like this, respectively:
