Need help with a qc for my ragdoll

I decompiled the mdl of a hl2 citizen and imported it to 3ds max.
I made some small changes and when I was done I converted it to mesh and added a skin modifier and all the bones.
Everything worked and I exported a smd reference copy aswell as a “skeleton/animation” copy.
I’ve got the model files aswell as the textures in a folder like this:

Personal Skin\BodenLAN.smd <–Collision model
Personal Skin\rigged.smd <–Skeleton/animation model
Personal Skin\BodenLAN\ <–Texture folder

now I’ve tried to make a QC file but I’m not sure what to put in it and I’ve tried but never made a succsesful compile (using both GUIStudio and StudioCompiler).
This is the qc I’ve been using:
