I’m at my wits end. I’ve spent two days fiddling with this physics mesh for an Ultraman Model for gmod only because a friend requested it.
I’ve honestly no idea why it’s doing this. I did everything correctly, I weighed the mesh to one bone each they shouldn’t be flying off like that.

Everything is fine in blender, all the bones are parented, the size is correct, the constraints in the QC should give it enough freedom but instead it makes it into some bright colored slenderman instead of an ULTRAman.
So folks, I need your help, tell me what I can do to remedy this. And don’t point me to Mario’s ragdolling guide, that uses 3DS max, I dont use that, I use BLENDER.
