maybe you saw it on WAYWO, maybe not: I am working on a Gamemode where civil cars are driving around on the map.

So my question is: How many cars can I spawn, so every player has a good ping?
Some of my ideas:
- Only spawn cars where players are
- Delete them if they are not in a certain range anymore
- Maybe calculate the average ping and decide how many cars can be spawned
Another question: In what range should the network usage be in (k/s in) ?
