I’m sure this question has been asked many, many times before, and I have tried searching, but I guess I’m not sure how to word it.
When I build an elevator in space, what’s the best way to keep it from spazzing out? Right now I have an elevator with sliders, wired hydraulics, and a smoother for changing hydraulic length. It’s just fine until it reaches the top floor, when it starts freaking out (only in space though, on the ground it’s fine). I’ve tried to no-collide it with the pieces around it, but no dice. I’m also using the Spacebuild Model Pack’s Smallbridge elevator pieces (if that makes any difference). I don’t want to use the lift SENT that comes with it, since I want to go more than 2 places.
