NPC animation problem

I’ve gotten NPCs to spawn and shoot and patrol, the problem is they are using incorrect animations for each task.

For example. When the Npc is supposed to be walking the crouch animation plays, or when shooting the run animation plays.

Is there a fix for this? I’ve been googling for hours and i’ve given up.

Could you perhaps show us the code?

Just a random guess but maybe hull type is wrong or not set?

It actually turned out to be the way stuff gets mounted and the animation files themselves. I can blame valve.
