How do you install NPCs? I’ve been trying to install this but it won’t work:
I don’t know if it is a skin or if they are NPCs.
Anyway I need help with both!
They’re just skins for the citizens. Hence the author says “you can use them in other source games too”. He means HL2 and episodes.
