NPC model looks "streched"

I’m new to modeling ragdolls, and my model keep looking like this:

Oh god you can kill someone if you rub them with that head, try rigging ALL the head vertecies to the head bone… IF you decompiled it.

And as for the face, check or uncheck Clamp T and that other Clamp thing in the face’s texture.

Um ouch? I don’t know really any thing about modeling or skinning…But I don’t think that’s supposed to look like that… And by the way, I need some one to tell me: Wth is “bumping”…

Re-rig it or Remake it
