NPC + Player Damage

Well, yeah another request from me, I’ve been doing a lot lately.
Anyways, what I’m requesting is for NPCs AND players to have realistic hit boxes. So whenever an NPC gets shot in the head, it’s instant death (with players it takes away 75 hp for too much hardness.) If an NPC gets shot in the arm, the NPC cannot use their weapon for about 5 seconds, same with players. If the NPC gets shot in the leg, they’ll be at walking speed for 5 seconds, same with players. If they get shot in the chest, 50 hp is taken away, same with players.

Just a simple script like this.

I would just use npc scale damage, check the hitboxes and set some npc schedules

Well, I have no idea how to do that :l
