NPC Weapon menu?(I have low resolution)

Please someone make a menu that you can bind a key and open and has npc weapons that you click and it makes gmod_npc_weapon the weapon you chose.You see I have a low resolution computer and I cant see
the npc weapon so ya :(.Thanks for reading

When was the last time you bought a monitor ? 1987 ?
Or you bought a high-end PC and got no money left for a high-end VGA
Or you don’t know how to change graphics settings ?
