On darkrp the sandbox player menu shows up instead of the darkrp player menu. Help?

So i have been playing my friends server and i noticed that everyone else on there has the darkrp player menu and I am the only one with the sandbox player menu why is this happening?
Im new so if this isnt in the right section tell me please.
