Open source game control panel

Are there any open source game control pannels that will let you:
Restart Source servers
Stop source servers
start source servers
and edit config files?

I dont want to buy TCAdmin, its only for 3 servers.
Im running debian, apache2 and PHP 5

I have tried gampanelX, i cant get it working becuase i need to compile a module for PHP, and it wont compile on my server.

UGCC (Brainless) is the BEST cheap TCadmin comparable panel for Windows (and partial Linux support) by far.
