Overwrite Default Prop Draw Function

Gah… i forgot how to overwrite the default draw functions on entities

Now, before you say anything this is not for a scripted entity this would be for like prop_physics
i remember doing something like ent._DrawOverwrite but i dont remember at all
if anyone knows / remembers this let me know it would be 10x easier then using a hook and a huge loop to draw shit
