Parts of Prefab not showing up in game.

So i’m building a new map and inserted a part form another map into it via the Prefab feature. Everything compiles ok but when I get in game the Prefab is missing parts on it.

What i did in hammer to the prefab is resize and stretch it slightly. Could this have caused it?
How can I fix and prevent this?

By parts I mean like a room with Pillars on the walls and the walls are there but the Pillars are not. In game. In hammer they are there.

I’m guessing that the guys over at the Mapping section will know more about this issue.

Actually I’ve fixed it. Turns out it need to be changed to func_brush.
