Player ground friction 'stickiness', any way to bypass?

I’m wondering if there’s anyway to bypass the player’s ground stickiness that prevents the player from moving using Velocity or LocalVelocity if it’s not a high enough number. Any ideas?

I think it might be a config/server console only
