Me and my friend starting talking about how it would be cool if you killed a certain amount of people your character gets something put on him for example a skull head or something they cant take off, so other playerss would know that player isnt friendly

Garry / Facepunch are against any kind of “ranking” or “rating” system that tells you how friendly or threatening another player is. That should be determined through game-play.
