Podrace map compile fail

I tried to compile the quick map I whipped out for pod racing. It is almost max size. I ran the check for poblems and none were found. It contains MANY displacements.
It gves me the error: the system cannot find the file specified. Here is the compile code:

Go to those Coordinates and remake the displacement there.
