Problem with Alpha Texture and model

Hi Facepunch, i’m working on my first porting of a player model game, i try to porting a model of Black ops 2, all works, bones animation etc… on source but i have a problem, it’s the hair.

I have converted the dds file (with transparent/alpha) to vtf in DTX5 (and try with BGRA8888) but the transparent doesn’t work, i don’t know if it’s a problem with my model or the vtf or the vmt.

Do you know how fix it?

Do you have $transparent 1 or $alphatest 1 in the .vmt?
