Problem with Eye Posing

The issue is, the irises does not move. She simply stands still :s

Did you change axis? I remember QCeyes having a switch between maya and 3dsmax modes.

Also after some update, I think models need a forwards attachment for eye posing to work. Not certain on that one though.
