Problem with MOVETYPE_FLY, cannot place on walls?

In an entity I’m working on, I need to place it against a wall.

I’m using SetMoveType( MOVETYPE_VPHYSICS ), but I need to use MOVETYPE_FLY instead.

The problem is that with MOVETYPE_FLY it will not touch the wall.

What? Why do you need to use MOVETYPE_FLY, just SetPos it into the wall and make sure its frozen.

Well, my idea was to let server owners to manually set the entity then save.

On server restart it reloads the entity.

I ended up taking what you said and freezing the entity in initialize with PhysObj.EnableMotion.
