Problem with reflection of a porting model

Hi, i’m trying to port a model to Source, all works but when i’m in game the head is like glossy, reflected, bright, shine etc… and it’s the same on 3DS max.
I don’t know how remove that, can you help me please ? :confused:

I take a picture of a head without reflection (download from other guy) and a head with reflection (my model) :

Check for inverted normals.
