Prop came in contact with itself crash?

Well, tonight my server crashed from some stupid error and I have no idea how to fix this, so I’m asking for your input

Heres the console error:

Looks like a bad physics model to me. Also, it didn’t come into contact with itself, came into contact with a prop_static (something in the world).
That looks like a PHX model, so that ISN’T the static prop. Try deleting and redownloading that particular model and the related *.phy, *.vtx etc, and try again. If that fails it could be the map.
