Prop from Blender

I currently have Blender 2.61 installed. I had created and textured a Balrog (Cave Story) model in SketchUp and have imported it into Blender, but I need help turning it into a prop for GMod. I am actually fairly inexperienced at Blender, as all I know how to do in it is import/export objects, and make a severely deformed cube.

A prop should be easier to make, requiring one bone, a simple .qc, and of course a compiler. There are tutorials around, so figure some stuff out. Here’s a thread, it’ll help!
