Props outside the map/ skybox acting weird

Whenever im working on my map and then i go to test it 70% of the time then either the water is invisible or as you can see, it tells me that props are outside of the map.
If i then “remake” the skybox and test the map again everythings normal? And no leaks

it’s probably just something stupid (Im new to mapping)

Any help is appreciated.
