Ragdoll entities?

How would you do this? Does it automaticaly become a ragdoll if you make it a ragdoll model?
And how do you define a bone of a ragdoll as a variable? So I can apply for to it to make it move?

I need to apply force to specific bones of a ragdoll.

How does SetVelocity work? How fast does it take it to reach the destination defined in the parameters?
