Ragdoll Help

I’m becoming kind of desperate here.
This one is assigned to a citizen NPC, but the point is the name.

It kind of looks like some of the vertices aren’t properly weighed to their respective bones. If you’re using 3dsmax, did you, by any chance, add multiple ‘Editable Mesh’ modifiers to the model while making revisions? Do the vertices behave oddly or ‘lag behind’ when the model is moved around by its root bone (in your modelling program)?

It kind of looks like the bone configuration deviates slightly from that of the animations the model is using, too. Does it behave oddly as a ragdoll, or just as an NPC?

No problems here, just bad rigging.
